How do I place my order?
Orders can only be placed via our website. Our customer services team is here to help and offer advice but cannot take orders
Can I order by telephone or fax?
No, we can only accept orders via our website; this offers protection to both you and to us when making payments with credit and debit cards
Is the image on the website the product I will receive?
We strive to provide accurate pictures of all products and in nearly all cases the image is 100% correct, but we are limited by the images provided to us by the manufacturer. Please use the images for illustration purposes only and if in any doubt please contact a member of our customer services team who will be more than happy to help
What happens if I order a product that is out of stock or is discontinued?
You will be informed that the product you have ordered is unavailable and wherever possible an estimated delivery date will be given or we will offer you a superseded, substitute or alternative product
When will my order be delivered?
We delivery Monday to Friday only and we endeavour to deliver your goods in a next working day basis. For example if you order on a Monday your goods should arrive on Tuesday etc
What delivery charge will I pay?
Delivery is now FREE for all orders placed on our website
Do you require a signature for delivery?
Yes, we will not under any circumstances leave deliveries without a signature (i.e. in the garage etc). If you are not in during the day we can arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work or an alternative delivery address
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland, this means that we can deliver to your place of work etc if you require. Please note that we can only deliver to the first point of your company; this is normally reception or goods inward
Why are your prices so low?
We have been established for many years and can obtain quality products from all over Europe, meaning that we can source the right product at the right price every time
Will you price match?
We endeavour to be competitive on all our products and we continually price check our competitors, however we cannot guarantee to be the lowest price on every single product
Can I open an account?
No sorry we operate purely on credit and debit card transactions
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards
How do I return a product?
To return any unwanted item(s) you must e-mail us in the first instance with the full details of the item(s) you wish to return. An e-mailed confirmation will then be sent to you authorising the return. Our items are dispatched from numerous warehouses so please ensure you contact us before returning an item so that we ensure the product is returned to the correct warehouse. Please note, although we DO NOT charge for the original delivery, the cost of returning an unwanted item must be at the customer's expence. (this does not apply to faulty products).
Do our prices include VAT?
No all the prices on the Officenut website EXCLUDE VAT.
