Returns
Any unwanted items can be returned directly to us within a 7 day period and a full credit for the goods will be applied, after this period a handling charge will be applied. Please e-mail us in the first instance to inform us that you are returning unwanted goods
All returned items must be in the original packaging and be fit for resale. Once returned to us the goods will then be checked and a refund will then be issued. Please note we can only refund against the original credit or debit card details
Damages/Faulty goods
We must be notified within 5 working days that the goods received are damaged or have some sort of defect. Please contact us by e-mail in the first instance. Items that are damaged or faulty will either be collected and refunded or a replacement item will be sent out to you
