Officenut Ltd is pleased to accept orders subject to the terms & conditions as outlined below. These terms & conditions apply to all transactions entered into through this website. We may change these terms & conditions at any time without giving notice We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this page for future reference.
Accuracy
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website (particularly product information) we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions that can occasionally occur
Ordering
You will have the opportunity to correct any mistakes before submitting your order on the “place order” screen Once your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us detailing the goods that you have ordered and that we have accepted your order subject to our terms & conditions Alternatively we may refuse your order for any reason, in which case you will be duly informed
Price and availability
The prices and charges shown on this site are in UK pounds sterling and include V.A.T. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products that you have ordered plus any applicable delivery charge. The full amount of your order including VAT will be clearly shown before you submit your order. All products for sale on this site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason we will not charge you for such products. We will not however be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. You will be advised of any products that are unavailable and we will offer you a suitable alternative or a “due date” for the goods you have ordered All prices on our site are subject to change without notice.
Deliveries
We deliver using a courier on Monday through to Friday. We do require a signature for all deliveries and goods will not be left anywhere unsigned for. Goods will be delivered to the address you have given at the time of order We endeavour to delivery your order the very next working day however delays are occasionally inevitable and therefore delivery dates are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery dates are not a contract between you (the buyer) and we (the seller) and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales We will refund or replace any goods that have been incorrectly delivered or wrongly delivered as a result of our error. All claims for shortages or incorrect goods must be advised within 3 days of receipt of order.
Returns
We will collect unwanted goods from you free of charge provided you have contacted us within 7 days of delivery. You will then receive a full refund for these items. Any delivery charges however are non-refundable All unwanted goods must: Be in its original box & packaging Not be opened Not have any writing or markings on it and be in resalable condition
Returns after 7 days
– We can only accept unwanted items after the 7 day period at our discretion and a handling charge will be applied
Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with any product ordered from us within 12 months of the purchase date we will normally offer a repair, exchange or full refund. This promise does not cover faults caused by neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear or accident.

We will make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale but delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are not part of the contract between you and us, and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales Risk and loss of and damage to products passes on to you on the date of first attempted delivery by us of the products ordered. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to products that remain in our custody and care because you were unavailable to receive them
